Strength & conditioning coach

Strength & Conditioning Coach

The Central Institute for Human Performance (CIHP) is looking for a full time strength and conditioning coach. The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education or related field. Priority will be given to candidates possessing a CSCS, PICP or equivalent national certification. CIHP highly prioritizes a team approach to training clients and wants an individual who works well in a team environment and is open to learning our established training protocols. One-year experience training clients one-on-one is a requirement. The interview process will require the candidate taking one of our staff through a training session. Clients are seen during the hours of 6:00am to 7:00pm during the week and 8:00am-12:00pm on Saturdays. Interested candidates should send their resumes using the link below.

Clinician

The Central Institute for Human Performance (CIHP) is seeking clinicians (Physical Medicine and Functional Medicine Clinicians including, but not limited to, DC, MD, DO, Nurse practitioner, etc). Candidates should possess their professional degree and have passed national boards pertinent to the state in which they will practice. CIHP emphasizes and utilizes a team approach to maximally support patient outcomes beyond the treatment. CIHP clinicians will regularly perform orthopedic and functional examinations, treat and educate patients, and communicate regularly with the CIHP team to help clients stay ahead of injury.

These positions are highly vetted, and will require multi-contact interviews to verify clinical proficiency, clinical approach, and ability to coordinate with the CIHP team.

Rehab Professional

The Central Institute for Human Performance (CIHP) is looking for full time rehabilitation professionals (Including Physical Therapists, Certified Athletic Trainers, Doctors or Chiropractic, etc). Appropriate board certifications are required. CIHP recommends their rehab practitioners have at least two years experience prior to application. CIHP rehabilitation professionals must be capable of interpreting recommendations from the clinical staff, creating and implementing an appropriate program. Strong communication skills with team and clients are necessary to support every client through their journey.

In addition to in-person interviews, applicants will be required to guide our staff through a rehabilitation session.

Client Services

The Central Institute for Human Performance (CIHP) is looking for team members to join our Client Services Department. Client Service staff at CIHP create a smooth connection between our clients and our team. This includes coordinating schedules, encouraging appointments to support clients optimal use of their CIHP resources, and various in-house organizational tasks to keep team and clients running smoothly. Appropriate candidates must have strong verbal communication skills in-person, over the phone, and via email. Additionally, staying organized is key. These positions are fast paced and will require multi-tasking.
