Each new client begins with a comprehensive assessment at the Karel Lewit Clinic to know where they stand. We assess the way you move, and how your body presents itself. Assessments help us select the right practitioners from our interdisciplinary team to optimize your health and performance.

  • 2x per month 50-minute training session with Resilience Practitioner
